Conference

 

The Conference Room:

Our daylight-flooded conference room on the 1st floor offers space for up to 20 people.
The room – with direct access to the terrace – offers our conference guests the opportunity to spend their breaks outdoors.
The flat rate for the room is € 45 per day.

  • Flipchart and paper
  • Felt-tip pens
  • Magnetic board
  • Screen
  • Sufficient power sockets
  • WLAN

A projector is not available, please bring your own if required.

 

Breakfast on the day of arrival:

You are welcome to start your conference session with a relaxed breakfast on the day of your arrival. You can help yourself to our extensive breakfast buffet with lovingly prepared regional dishes. Hot drinks and juices are of course included.
We charge € 12 per person for this.

 

At the end of the conference day:

You are welcome to dine “à la carte” in our restaurant in the evening after the conference and review the day. On request, we will reserve a place for you in our cozy restaurant.
We charge for food and drinks according to consumption.

 

Overnight stay in the hotel:

If you simply want to relax in bed after the conference, our hotel offers you the option of an overnight stay. You can choose between a single room or a double room for single use.
For single rooms we charge € 80 per night,
for double rooms in single occupancy € 100 per night
Our room prices include breakfast.

Conference package: 47 € per person

 

 “All-day” conference package :

Conference drinks:
• coffee and tea
• mineral water
• Lake Constance apple juice
• orange juice
Morning break:
• butter pretzels
• apples of paradise
Lunch:
• Mixed salad platter
• choice of main course (meat or vegetarian)
• 1 non-alcoholic drink
Afternoon break:
• small sweet cakes
Finish in the evening:
• snack from the platter with cold cuts, cheese, fine garnish and farmhouse bread in our restaurant

Conference package: 60 € per person
